Why I do this
I’ve spent over 25 years working inside and alongside some of the UK’s largest organisations — in HR, L&D, and learning design. I’ve seen what happens when learning is treated as a compliance exercise, and I’ve seen what happens when it’s designed to genuinely move people. The difference in outcomes is enormous.
The organisations that get L&D right don’t just produce better content. They build internal teams who understand how people learn, what motivates behaviour change, and how to use the right tools to deliver it at scale. That’s the capability I help build.
AI has changed the economics of learning production completely. Teams that used to spend months commissioning external agencies can now produce high-quality, personalised learning in weeks — if they know how to work with AI properly. I help them get there.
How I work
Every engagement starts with understanding where you are now — your team’s skills, your tools, your existing content, and your stakeholders’ expectations. From there I build a clear roadmap and work alongside your team to implement it.
I don’t build content and hand it over. I embed with your team, share the methodology, and make sure the knowledge stays inside your organisation long after the engagement ends. The investment compounds over time rather than recurring indefinitely.
